Growth Mindset Theories According to Students’ Nutritional Behaviors

This study aims to explore the students’ growth mindset theories in terms of nutritional behaviors. The sample consists 3782 students studying at high schools different regions Türkiye. While 61.9% are females, 38.1% males. 79.2% Anatolian High School, 16.4% Vocational and 4.4% Science Social Sciences School. In this study, which was designed with quantitative research method analyzed SPSS 18.0 program, Mindset Theory Scale (MTS) used describe mental structures school students. According results, while meat consumption behaviors did not make a significant difference theories, egg milk made difference. Agricultural group (vegetable, fruit, grain) fixed theories. theory dimension mean scores do differ significantly according chocolate, sugar, salty results research, affect Therefore, actions can be developed for awareness healthy eating Similar studies carried out by collecting food on same subject data obtained ratio scales.
